American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS)

This month the annual surgical ACFAS conference was held in Las Vegas, NV. The conference is always very informative. The latest techniques and products are exhibited here. There are lectures all day and interesting cadaver workshops at night.

However, there is some free personal time to enjoy the host city. The shops at Caesar’s Palace and Bellagio are incredible but quite expensive. I had the pleasure of seeing the Cirque du Soleil show “O” which was amazing.

Even though, I did miss the biggest party of the year, Mardi Gras, here in New Orleans; it is always good furthering my techniques and skills.
